Helping others has always been a passion of mine. I find it so rewarding to go to school everyday. I started out as an intervention specialist in the elementary level , but after 4 years I moved up to the high school level. I find it so fulfilling to be part of the high school experience with the students that I service. I love helping them find their path and move forward to what ever their vision may be. I always go above and beyond to make sure that the needs of my students are met and to complete my duties. Treating students with disabilities as I would want someone to treat my own children is of top priority. With the ever changing world of education it is important to stay up to date on Special Education laws. Favorite saying, " Fair is not always mean equal."
