Responsible for producing loan packages utilizing LaserPro. Order and evaluate appraisals, title policies, credit reports and flood certificates. Coordinate closings with customers, attorneys and settlement companies. Follow up on documentation after loan closings, ensuring loan packages are complete. Prepare documentation for customers for advances and processing transactions for advances.

Primary Duties:
• Process, underwrite, and prepare business loan closing packages.
• Close Business Loans.
• Underwrite non-complex business loan requests.
• Perform post closing quality control review of all closed Business loan files.

Postion Outline:
• Complete Loan Approval Reports (“LAR”), prepare financial spreadsheets/analyses
• Prepare loan documentation necessary for new/existing, complex/non-complex member business loan transactions and examines documentation to ensure that it adheres to Loan Approval Reports, NEFCU loan policies, and federal lending guidelines.
• Coordinate all phases of member business loan closings
• Complete credit and loan file preparation.
• Complete annual business financial information request letters, 1099-S reporting, and coordination of UCC expiration review with Loan Servicing.
• Order Appraisals, Flood Certificates, Property Condition Reports
• Contribute toward the completion of business loan borrower Annual Reviews and other annual departmental efforts
• Communicate with member to gather required financial data, insurance information
• Resolve and trouble-shoot member loan service issues

Position Outline:• Listen to members and evaluate their needs, create a positive atmosphere and timely service for the members• Present products and services that meet member needs, knowledgeable in IRA's and ROTH IRA's and Certificates of Deposits.• Provide resolution for member problems• Demonstrate personal initiative to acquire knowledge necessary for success. • Build rapport with members, listen and evaluate their needs, and confidently present options to members and recommend solutions that are appropriate.
