Prepare AIA contract documents and AIA payment requisitions.Responsibilities include A/P and A/R clerk, bank reconciliation, creating estimates, and customizing company and financial reports using QuickBooks Premier Contractor Edition. In charge of employee and Subcontractor payroll and execute precise, detailed reports on a weekly basis and monthly expenses. Ensure that Insurance Certificates from Subcontractors are accurately presented and current at all times. Maintain and update / Notarize City of New York Permit records essential in the progression of all construction projects. Provide technical support for over all company computers and is diligent and proficient in resolving all technical issue unfailingly. Handle incoming calls, filing, provider of excellent customer service, ordering of all office supplies and works closely with entire staff to ensure business operations are met on a daily basis.
