My main tasks are in charge of sales & marketing.We use 3 channels; 1. Department store. 2. Trunk show. 3. Distributor.1. I’m in charge of 3 shops;a) We used to have a shop in Reel Department Store in 3rd floor in Jingan area in Shanghai ( now it was closed; the running time was from May 2014 to May 2016);b) And a shop in Lalu in Qingdao, which is a 7 star hotel ( still open; the running time is from July 2014 till now);c) The 3rd shop is in the 1st floor of Takashimaya Department store in Hongqiao area of Shanghai (still open; the running time is from July 2015 till now).I’m in charge of the negotiation with the departments to open up a shop, shop decoration, personnel recruitment, marketing activity design, monthly bill checking and other operation items. The size of each shop is around 80㎡, and we assign 2~3 sales per shop.2. I’m in charge of the trunk show sales, lead and teach Chinese / European / American sales person to participate in design markets, bazaars; or joint brand sale, to fulfill sales targets. And our main sales locations are in Shanghai, Qingdao, Beijing, Tianjin, Suzhou and Chongqing.I’m responsible for the trunk show on line purchasing system.3. Distributors; we have 2 in Shanghai, 1 in Wenzhou, 1 in Tianjin；I’m taking care of these 4 distributors of the products delivery, monthly bill check.My responsibilities in conclusion;1. In charge of sales and marketing;2. Report to Danish CEO directly, use English as work language;3. Cooperate and supervise the department stores, financial, Part B and distributors to achieve the work targets neatly.

1. According to the company’s development strategy, design annual recruiting plan; In charge of the recruitment of SH/BJ/GZ;2. All recruitment channel maintenance and data analysis regularly;3. In charge of internal and external training;Foreign items;1. Apply and issue the invitation Letter;2. Assist multinational foreigners during their stay in China;3. Organize Annual Asian Meeting.Admin;1. Shanghai office decoration, move and maintenance;2. Beijing / Shanghai / Guangzhou office expense management;3. Develop and maintain CRM system.
