Lead Childcare Teacher
Current• Utilize KinderCare's training programs to provide a safe environment for each child• Build positive relationships with families, state licensing authorities, management, and fellow teachers• Implement KinderCare's curriculum and activities in a way that is consistent and fun for each child• Interact with the children to promote socialization and development, such as counting, ABCs, and even Spanish• Advocated proper behavior, respect, dealing with emotions and feelings• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for each individual child (Example: teething, potty training)• Performed daily duties: lead daily lesson plans, light cleaning, feeding of meals, change diapers and clothing as needed• Experienced trainer to the organization of regulations, procedures, and policies• Cross trained to provide support in other roles such as cook, driver, and assistant director responsibilities• Partner with directors of the center to manage teaching staff, support families, enrollment, accreditation, and various operational objectives
