Dr. Nicole Abi-Esber is a Professor of Organisational Behaviour at the London School of Economics, where she teaches classes on Group and Team Decision Making Processes. She received her PhD in Organizational Behavior from the Harvard Business School. Dr. Abi-Esber's research focuses on how to optimize meetings, and how to empower employees to speak up. She advises multiple startups aiming to optimize meetings and create more speaking-time equity during meetings. Dr. Abi-Esber was previously a researcher at the Behavioral Lab at Stanford's Graduate School of Business, and a happiness researcher with the Government of Dubai. Before beginning her academic career, she worked as a product manager in a variety of startups in emerging markets.
