I created archival finding aids and item-level metadata for the photography department, working with 19th-21st century photographic formats as well as manuscripts, artwork, blueprints, and artifacts.

I was part of a 3-member team working on a 2-year NEH grant funded project to arrange and describe the papers of 20th century civil liberties lawyer Morris L. Ernst. Duties included processing legal papers, correspondence, works, and personal papers according to DACS standards; indexing work and correspondence using LC authorities and AACR2 standards.

I arranged, described, and re-housed the photographs of the institutional archives of the French Legation Museum. I updated the Museum's archive processing manual with recommendations for working with photographs.

I assisted the Photographic Archivist in many aspects while completing a long-term project of arranging and describing the photographic archives of photojournalist Cynthia Johnson. I also selected and digitized items from that collection to be included in the Center's online digital image database. I also helped with e-reference questions and supervised.
