• Oversee the day to day operation of the property, including responsibility for finance, marketing, customer service and staff management• Oversee customer service, resident relations, maintenance department practices, vendor relations, marketing and leasing.• Develop, plan and implement the budget, charting the overall financial performance of the property• Handle record keeping and reporting responsibilities• Develops and maintains resident relations through the courtesy of on-site personnel• Handle all necessary bookkeeping functions and accounts payable• Maintain compliant resident files• Prepare month-end accounting reports and ensure compliance• Receive and post rent payments• Process accounts payable for the property• Prepare notices for delinquent rent, late fees and evictions• Responsible for all leasing activities which include telephone inquiries, showing apartments, processing lease applications, preparing lease renewals, etc.
