Sr. Partnership Marketing Manager March 2019 – January 2024Sr. Strategic Alliances Account Executive February 2017 – March 2019Partnership Account Executive January 2007 – January 2017Sponsorship Coordinator February 2005 – December 2007• Work with partners and brands to ideate, conceptualize and bring to life multi-year partnerships, experiential brand activations and advertising working through the full project lifecycle with both internal and external business teams.• Negotiate and oversee 18 annual hospitality partnerships with multiple partnership elements as well as an additional 35+ marketing and advertising agreements annually.• Revenue driver through multi-year partnerships with both B-to-B and B-to-C brands, program partnerships, short term brand activations and on-mall advertising.• Collaborate with MOA® marketing and operation teams on public relations, digital marketing, tourism, design, advertising, event activation, permitting and logistics.• Strategize and contact national and local brands and marketing agencies to support unique MOA marketing programs and specific demographics of consumers.• Implement project work stream analysis post-execution to identify efficiencies for future projects and continuous improvements.• Collaborate with MOA digital team to design, revise and schedule internal and paid client digital signage. Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Premiere design programs as needed. • Manage, implement and oversee the budget of the Culinary Fest marketing platform centered around the dining options at Mall of America that includes advertising, on-site programming, tenant relations, brand activations, partnerships and tenant support.
