The responsibility of employee and guest (customers, suppliers, etc.) events, working with third party vendors and business partners is also expected. Budgeting and planning for special events will be in partnership with finance and purchasing teams. The HR partner is expected to manage recognition and appreciation programs. Training on regular policy updates, code of conduct, and leading annual enrollment/benefits coordination is also required. As a member of the local leadership team, Safety Leadership Team (SLT) participation is also mandatory.
