I specialize in co-creating brands with the communities that love them; having led marketing for global entertainment icons such as League of Legends, Rock Band, Dance Central, Fortnite, Unreal Engine and most recently the smash billion-dollar hit VALORANT. VALORANT pushed the boundaries with an ‘unapologetically global’ approach that denied the Western gaze its supremacy, building strong local audiences worldwide through bold hyper-local authenticity.I achieve business results that add millions to the bottom line through cultivating tight strategies, excellent leaders and great teams; and I’m able to steward marketing approaches as diverse as Comms, Brand, Performance, Content, Creative, Influencer, Community, & Product Marketing into highly effective integrated experiences with global resonance.In my seventeen-year career, I have held senior marketing leadership positions with companies such as Rockstar Games, Epic Games, Harmonix Music Systems, and Riot Games; as well as advising an eclectic mix of startups in the tech, music, arts, and culture spaces.
