ATP is a portfolio of administrative projects aimed at modernizing, streamlining, and standardizing business practices and tools across a large system of higher education institutions. Led communications and people-readiness for the largest organizational restructuring in American higher education, joining 13 two-year colleges with seven four-year universities, and returning the statewide UW-Extension to UW-Madison. Two-year project position.Primary role:- Developed internal and external communications plans to facilitate a smooth transition for thousands of students and employees that were impacted by the UW Colleges and UW-Extension Restructuring Project.- Developed network of communicators and functional teams to execute strategic plans at the campus-level.- Led and managed team of direct reports and non-direct reports throughout matrixed organization.
