With over 15 years of work experience in digital UI/UX design, project management, and multimedia production, I am a creative and collaborative professional who thrives on delivering innovative and engaging digital solutions. My mission is to enhance the user experience and brand identity of the University of Utah, where I manage digital projects in conjunction with the UMC Digital team, clients, and marketing staff. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a background in political science, mass communication, and documentary filmmaking, as well as a UI/UX certification from Devmountain.In my current role as a digital UI/UX design and content manager, I create business requirements, functional specifications, and actionable work plans for various web development and digital marketing projects. I collaborate with designers, web developers, copywriters, and other creative service workers to define integration points and develop a release plan. I also design project mock-ups and sitemaps, and consult with clients to determine their digital project requirements. Additionally, I leverage my skills in Adobe Creative Suite, newsletters, and public relations to produce a wide range of assets, including mockups, use cases, photographs, animations, videography, and graphics. Some of my notable achievements include directing, filming, producing, and editing a documentary and interview pieces for AMBER Alert and the Department of Justice, and successfully completing high-profile projects for renowned clients such as the Sundance Institute, Sundance Film Festival, STRIP Makeup, April Parker, Lifepoint Financial Design, and Breaker Bags.
