My overall goal was to build the profitability of the design program for La-Z-Boy's central Pennsylvania market. As a Designer, professional in-home consultations were followed by a presentation of customized room designs, including digital renderings, sample fabrics, furniture, tables and accessory recommendations. I drove top line sales independently and also while mentoring other Design Consultants and Sales Associates by training, coaching, and facilitating sales.

At the notorious Maury Povich Show, I demonstrated high-level coordination and organizational skills by booking guests and services in high conflict situations. During taping, I managed host, celebrity and guests appearances before, during and after each weekly show by briefing, directing movement and providing professional after care for guests in need.
