About Nicole Doyle

I am a global consulting professional with a passion for change management, enabling leadership performance, developing teams and promoting organizational culture. My professional experience began in management consulting, working with both large enterprise and SME clients across North America, Australia/New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. My early career was spent in sales and executive advisory roles, providing best-practices consulting and training for CHROs and Human Capital executives in key areas such as: HR functional effectiveness, employment branding, employee engagement, workforce planning, sourcing and change management. More recently I’ve worked in business management at smaller firms with a remit to build both team and business capability for international growth, and to achieve cultural change management. I have experience working for both large firms and startups and thrive in a fast-paced work environment where change is frequent and often unexpected. I am at my best when tackling ambitious goals in situations where resources are lean. I am most inspired by helping organizations fully realize the value of their biggest asset – Talent.

My personal vision of success lies in elevating those around me to achieve their best. Whether it’s advancing opportunities for female leadership, or simply helping other managers create thriving teams, I hope to inspire others the way I’ve been inspired so that they in turn may lift those around them.

Listed skills include Recruiting, Relationship Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, and 23 others.

Independent Consultant

Chicago, Illinois, Us

Spark is a 501c3 non-profit serving low-income middle school students in communities across the Bay Area, Chicago and Philadelphia. They are committed to creating opportunities that forge the gap between what they are learning in the classroom and what they dream to accomplish later in life. Spark uses workplace experiences, mentoring and guided support to help students explore careers, build skills and find the right path to a successful future.During this time, Spark was going through deep and painful change following a series of key leadership departures that neglected core processes, critical knowledge transfer, and plunged the program into significant financial strain. I came on board to support the National Board of Directors in dissolving the National organization and enabling each region to qualify as a non-profit entity. Reporting into the Board Co-Chairs, I focused on underserved needs that changed (often at extreme speed) as new information became available:• Creating staged criteria for each region to “pass-go” and receive National Board approval to become an independent entity • Support regional Executive Directors: resolve issues, coordinate with outside vendors/consultants, set weekly meeting content and agenda, reduce volume of escalated concerns to Co-Chairs • Authoring copy for official Board communications (COVID policies, Board decisions, office closures)• Quickly pivoting as focus changed from transition management to program survival: supporting closure of Los Angeles program, financial discovery (outdated account ownerships and access), identifying and escalating red flags and risksOur partnership unfortunately ended early as the COVID-19 pandemic materially altered donations and program delivery, but I am grateful for the tremendous opportunity to better understand non-profit management. Moreover, I am glad to have played a small part in ensuring the program’s continued survival for the families and youth communities they serve.

Chief Of Staff

Va, Us

In March 2015, I landed my "dream job" - a chance to be the Chief of Staff for a niche consulting firm. Melcrum was on a journey to transform a publishing and events business into a leading best-practices advisory firm. Reporting into the CEO as a member of the Executive Team, I was tasked with wherever business need was greatest, including:• Project managing a brand-new leadership team and ensuring adequate coverage for business-critical projects• Collaborated with CEO, VP Sales and MD Consulting to reposition Melcrum’s 20 year-old mission, vision and strategy to more accurately reflect current state. Coordinated between stakeholders, company owners and consultants to pinpoint key strategic pillars to take the company forward. Authored the official copy to launch new the purpose and mission statement• Spearheaded an 8-month project to nurture company culture: from employee focus groups through launching an engagement plan around our identified core values. Engaged employees to create a phased learning and deployment plan to create buy-in, while uncovering and addressing roadblocks • Sourced and hired rapidly expanding sales and consultant teams. Identified core competencies and created high-impact onboarding plans, more than doubling bench strength in 5 monthsMelcrum was acquired by CEB, and my prior knowledge of both organizations uniquely positioned me to enable successful integration by:• Creating 1) a strategic communication plan to segment employee audiences, perceptions, and align a message map and playbook for initial and ongoing communications, and 2) drafting client communications and FAQ resources for both firms• Ensuring tight coordination of information flow: eliminating commercial conflicts, stakeholder management, and facilitating a redundancy process that affected 90% of staff• Supporting for transitioning staff as well as those looking for new opportunities via company-wide career coaching, learning sessions, and interview prep

Relationship Manager

Sunnyvale, Ca, Us

During my time at LinkedIn Singapore I had the unique privilege of being the second relationship manager hired in the region to serve SEA clients. I focused on helping both SME and Enterprise firms educate their organizations on the power of LinkedIn, and transform their talent acquisition processes via change management consulting. As we were in the early stages of opening the market, I also had the good fortune of being able to wear a lot of hats and contribute in many ways outside of my role: •Launched LinkedIn’s inaugural client event in Singapore: partnered with Marketing to plan content, secure local speakers, create a sales campaign to hit registration targets of 250 clients and prospects as well as manage event logistics. Planned client award luncheon by using data insights to nominate award winners, and personally co- hosted the awards ceremony.• Hosted a marquee session at LinkedIn’s very first global virtual conference with Singapore Post’s VP Talent Management on repositioning their talent strategy and employment brand in light of major organizational change. One of 9 sessions utilized to promote and market the event, attended by hundreds of LinkedIn clients and employees worldwide.• Served as “Acting Manager” to support the growing relationship manager team before local management was hired and during frequent manager transitions. Leveraged previous sales experience to create new onboarding and account transfer processes, coached and mentored less experienced team members, onboarded new hires and led weekly team meetings.• Partnered with newly-created Sales Effectiveness function to create a regional sales training program. Used lessons learned from selling in region to provide input into course content. Co-facilitated sessions on territory planning, and conducted sales bootcamp certification for new hires.
