The past 20+ years has proven to provide me with a vast array of experience in a variety of industries• Project and Process Management in the financial, manufacturing, engineering, & construction industries• Manager of cross functional analysis spanning multiple states & company divisions• Program & report development for corporate, divisional, & local use including ad hoc analysis• Database, spreadsheet, and presentation expertise with programs such as Oracle, Teradata, Visio, and Office programs including Access developmentDigitization & electronic communication has become a requirement in order to conduct business. Currently I work in IT as a BA helping to facilitate updates & changes with systems, sites, & third party companies. The majority of responsibilities has been automating processes and programs using EDI, JD Edwards, Transform, and auto capture technology. Previously, I took a dive into the financial world of Capital One. I was involved with numerous projects & processes to streamline existing work streams & meet company initiatives. I helped develop & maintain all reporting needed for the new systems & cross platform interaction to ensure changes made in one system would not negatively affect other systems. Prior to this, I worked 15+ years in manufacturing project management & controls, cost analysis, & business analysis. I developed detailed databases & spreadsheets for the engineering department. I maintained project schedules to assist project engineers with project development & provided ad-hoc analysis. As well as project control duties, I have managed administrative & project controls staff. With a balance of determination, prioritizing both project controls duties & administrative duties, we were able to cut overhead cost yet still maintain integrity with reporting at all levels.
