My main responsibilities were managing the job board for candidates on behalf of the recruiter network, social media recruitment, account management of clients, creating opportunities for candidates for career development, creating feedback surveys, analysing website data as to number of visitors globally and working on initiatives to improve it. I was responsible for the development of the job board and worked with developers in Russia to manage changes and any errors in the system. I also was responsible for mapping processes and assisting with the leaning of processes. I attended monthly management meetings and fed back data based on the job board to senior managers and suggested areas for improvement. I was also responsible for training new staff and refresher training for existing staff members on the systems that we used internally and also on processes within the company.

The Almac Group is an established contract development and manufacturing organisation that provides an extensive range of integrated services to the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors globally. Working closely with recruiting managers across the various business units within Almac to provide advice and guidance on all elements of the recruitment process. Taking roles right from the initial requisition being raised, through to the new employee starting on their first day, I was involved in all areas of the recruitment process including advising the best way to advertise the role, managing the advertisement and applications, shortlisting, interviewing, psychometric testing candidates, providing advice and guidance to both hiring managers and candidates, attending recruitment fairs and liaising with various departments to ensure the next employee that joins the company is the right candidate and that they have a good candidate experience. I also completed the fair employment monitoring return for applicants and current employees within the business areas (a legal requirement for the company) accurately and in a timely manner.
