As founder of Signmee, a new digital transaction management (DTM) system for data capture and sign-off, I have been responsible managing the complex end-to-end product development life cycle.I am proud to say that our product is not just another eForms service. In developing Signmee, we have taken the problem of 'the sign-off transaction process', and provided a fully digitised solution built as a smart piece of consumer software. My strategy was to build a solution based on new technology, web-user trends and rapidly changing user expectations, rather than building 'more of the same'. More specifically, the strategy focused on the shift in software architecture design from business-centric to customer-centric (an accounts based system rather than business focused portal system); the power of leveraging structured data over unstructured data (for easy data transfer between systems), and multi-tenancy architecture trends (facilitated by the trend towards and growing acceptance of cloud services).The use of cutting edge technology has allowed up to deliver a product that works the way consumers now work, rather than the way businesses of old worked. It is a business transformation tool that is simple for small and large businesses alike to adopt, in an effort to go truely paperless/PDF-less.As founder and managing director I have successfully delivered...A strategy to build and commercialise a piece of consumer software in the cloud to facilitate businesses with the move from paper/PDF based sign-off transactions, to a fully digitised workflow in one simple, easy to track system. Signmee is now well established in NZ and is now incorporated as a NZ company (Signmee Limited). This has been an exciting move for our Melbourne based company, as we have forged great partnerships and relationships in NZ, including partnerships with the key student system providers, ETAP, Kamar, Assembly and Edge. These partnerships have allowed up to work towards creating a frictionless product; an attempt to provide our school customers with an a service that talks nicely to their existing systems, and is simple to use.We anticipate (and are negotiating) that by 2017, we will be fully integrated with ETAP, and will be working towards integrations with other vendors in the education space, as well as the business space.NZ schools have recognised Signmee as being the number one forms and sign-off solution, and have taken to POLi payments as the number one payment option within Signmee. We are excited to be working with hospitals, Registered Training Authorities (RTO's), Recruitment Agencies and schools. As Information Management Architect I reported to the VU Chief Information Officer (CIO) for a period, and then the Director of IT. I developed and delivered the portal and intranet redevelopment strategies, and managed product development using SharePoint platform and complementary suite of solutionns:1. I started my life at VU for a breif period as the KNOW Project Manager, a funded project implementing drug and alcohol strategies across Victoria University. As a project manager, I was responsible for managing digital communications and the website, events and activities in line with the project plan and budgets, with all the associated reporting. As this project wound up, I moved across to the Student Services area where my role changed to focus on university wide web and communications.In the role of Web and Communications Coordinator, I was responsible for:- conducting a review of the Student Administration and Student Services information architecture, with the aim to identify issues to be addressed- implemented a new information architecture to better suit the needs of the user, and to enhance the profile of various services for students across the university- providing training to staff across Student Services to support knowledge transfer in relation to maintenance of websites and intranet content- supporting business units to transition from physical to digital processes for improved business productivity- setting up a student complaints online workflow, and act in Business Analsyst capacity to document requirements for the IT department to deliver the changes- identifying and documenting business requirements for business units seeking online solutions from internal IT department- liaising with the IT department to support existing legacy systems - putting in requests for upgrades and changeAs a coordinator, I also had responsibility for managing the online Student Satisfaction Survey, including collection, collation and presentation of the findings to key university stakeholders.

Editing and publishing publications for Hume Moreland PCP, with a key focus on shifting from physical copy to digital media. Throughout the time I spent at Hume Moreland PCP, readership increased and behaviours shifted around the acceptance of digital business processes in a number of business areas. At this time, I was also completing a research paper as part of may Master of Education.
