Leading the employee engagement and cultural initiatives and projects for the department with the creation, coordination, management, and execution of programs that strengthen the team and culture. I keep departmental engagement initiatives on track and serve as a connection and department representative to other internal teams, including Recruiting, L&D, Organizational Development, and HR. I establish and develop productive partnerships with leadership in order to understand the department objectives., and environmental challenges and work collaboratively to maintain consistency across the entire company. Responsible for creating and executing engagement strategies that align with department goals. I lead projects and programs across the department to ensure adoption. Establish KPIs to measure success. Oversee the culture committee, planning meetings, and ensuring committee objectives are presented to department leaders. Plan and oversee all town hall events, and ensure consistent messaging across all sub-departments. I oversee the monthly newsletter to drive engagement. Manage engagement meetings (Skip-levels, new hire meetings, and top performer) track completion and trends. Hold employees accountable for engagement action plans and report on progress. Partner with HR to identify and analyze engagement trends. Take the lead in implementing new engagement solutions and processes. Identify current and emerging trends in engagement methodologies that are applicable and sustainable in creating dynamic programs.
