I absolutely LOVE building partnerships...matching organizations with different pieces of the same puzzle and helping them come together to co-create something amazing! I am passionate about using data and an equity lens to build the capacity of organizations for the purpose of “moving the needle” and driving sustainable, impactful change.My leadership transcends traditional administration. Throughout my 25-year career in the nonprofit and government sectors, I have been a co-collaborator in movements to revitalize and honor the Selma to Montgomery Civil Rights Trail, movements to restructure and strengthen homeless systems of care, movements to create housing options that are safe, decent, and affordable, as well as movements to build the capacity of grassroots leaders and nonprofit organizations to help them better facilitate transformative change. Most recently, I have been involved in various arts and cultural initiatives...advocating for the things that make us smile, think, laugh, and enhance our overall quality of life.
