Current• Complete HR related tasks for the Northern Region – 3 are union plants• Help recruit for open positions company wide, including all 14 locations• Review resumes and interview candidates for open positions• Use an applicant tracking system to recruit candidates and work with temp agencies to fill openings• Complete background checks and schedule drug screens for new hires• Initiate and assist in new hire processes and orientation • Enter new hires into HRIS system, EV5• Participated in Union Negotiations • Assist with managing bid process for open positions• Finalize pay increases based on reviews stated in the Union contracts• Track disciplinary actions on a share drive
