I weighed myself constantly and judged my self worth by that number on the scale. I battled with diet pills. I had severe hormonal mood swings, breakouts, and constant bloating that I thought was normal. Worst of all – I just didn’t feel in control of my body.But once I learned how to support my hormones and metabolism instead of “dieting”, I felt empowered. Free. Like I finally had control over my health in all facets.And now I want that for all women - to finally feel good in their body again, and become their most radiant selves.
