Hired and managed creative agencies, designers, photographers, web developers and printers.

Managed and developed the creative strategy for large accounts’ advertising, design and interactive media campaigns. Supervised creative professionals including designers, photographers and programmers. Responsibilities included: building brands, managing projects and client expectations, coordinating work flow/schedules, developing new business proposals, hiring freelancers and vendors, estimating and coordinating budgets, art directing and design. Created new branding campaign for the investment arm of State Street Corporation, a Fortune 500 company. Implemented a new visual language into all marketing and communications vehicles within the design, production and interactive departments. Responsible for design of all high-end marketing materials, implementing brands within State Street’s global alliance companies and products. Projects included: brand guidelines, corporate folders, brochures, presentation materials, product and service line materials, Flash and PowerPoint presentations, event promotions, publications and websites.

Designed and implemented creative marketing solutions for business-to-business, consumer and non-profit accounts. Responsibilities included: creative, art direction of photographers, illustrators and programmers, trafficking, estimating, print purchasing, new business presentation and project management. Projects included: corporate identity, annual reports, sales and marketing materials, direct mail campaigns, website development, trade magazine advertisements and event promotions.
