I am currently working with one Lien One, Inc. a lien search company who I have worked with over the last 10 years. I have moved business to Lien One when I was employed at a new office. Including the contract employment. I am working with the company on marketing and other aspects that will put them ahead of their competitors. Lien One, Inc. is a great company. Robin and David are excellent at customer service. As a closing agent I have never been displeased with the service I received from the company. I was offered a position with the company when I officially was no longer with Sun National Title. I am accustomed to the work as though it is second nature. During my first 4 years with Lawyers Advantage Title Group, Inc, I was responsible to send all all lien searches and order all estoppels on any purchase or sale. Even though the knowledge is 10 years old, I am providing helpful tips that I utilized during my earlier years.

This was a contract job short term 6 months or less. Assisted the Closer in office with setting procedures, clearing up all outstanding policies, responsible for escrow disbursements, Best Practices Manual, and correcting any issues that may have been left behind by previous employees. Before the end of the assignment, closer had all she needed and all items were completed to the company. Contract ended on May 9, 2016.

Position was a referral from a Senior Auditor. Reconciliations for escrow account needed major work to bring accounts into compliance. Escrow Accounts received letter of good standing from Auditor with 5 months. Continued to maintain monthly reconciliations, process real estate closing immediately upon acceptance by all parties through to closing, including the issuance of Final Title Policies. Maintained client base by providing excellent customer service. August 2013 paralegal responsibilities for Foreclosure Defense, bankruptcy, evictions, Wills, and civil suites added to daily responsibilities. Maintained Attorney calendar in connection with hearings, preparation of pleadings, open case and serve defendants, e-filing portal, communications with opposing counsel, legal research, communicated with clients, invoice clients based on retainer agreement, maintained monthly report of all fees rendered keeping outstanding invoices at a considerable low and maintained attorney involvement with step by step process. Maintained monthly expenses for office and attorney. The office was made up of the Attorney and myself for a large period of time, attorney was able to leave office and not work long hours. Office was profitable.

Freshly graduating from High School in June 1997, I started with Lawyers Advantage Title Group, Inc. as the Receptionist. Lawyers Advantage Title Group, Inc. at that time they were the Closing Agent for The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development for Broward County. My position responsibilities included, entering 165 files monthly into LandTech (doss), contact realtors for additional information needed for processors/closers (purchase/sale contracts), order lien searches and estoppels, investigate, HUD properties only, the correct Municipalities and Homeowner's Associations responsible for lien search and/or estoppel letters, created a data base for Homeowner's Association information, and prepared Warranty Deeds for HUD signature.
