 Responsible for annual headcount planning, including quarterly labor efficacy analysis, heacount review and rolling adjustment. Responsible for Recruitment policy drafting, according to requirements of internal audit. Lead the team to drive the full cycle of recruitment activities from requirement gathering, job advertisement, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview arrangement, reference check, employment contract preparation and pre on-boarding arrangement. Review the grading system, work closely with Department Head and provide promotion / salary adjustment to internal client. Work as HR partner to explain internal policies and provide suggestions to Asia countries. Project Experience:  2016 – 2017 Worked as Project Manager for HR Project, including vendor selection, project monitoring, following up with Consulting company to ensure the Project Delivery. The project covered 4 modules: Job Grading System Review and Perfect, Salary Structure Review and adjustment, Performance Management policy redesigned, and management definition clarifing between Headquarter and Regional company by using RACI tools. 2017 – now Developed U-Grade project: Designed full cycle work flow of the program, led and managed the full recruitment activities for graduate and internship recruitment program including attending campus events, assesment arrangement and offering. Further, monitor the performance of graduates, and help them pass the program smoothly.
