About Nicole Capehart, Shrm-Cp

I work every day to foster community, empathy, and active, engaged learning in the online classroom. I strongly believe we can develop meaningful connections and cultivate deep learning even if we can't be face-to-face. Online education can be a powerful tool. It might be the only option a student juggling multiple life demands has for learning, so it's my job to make that learning as valuable and meaningful as if we were in a physical classroom together. I love developing innovative ways to use collaboration, project-based learning, and peer-to-peer leadership to take concepts out of the textbook and give them "real-life" context and applicability.
