I am a dynamic Quality Assurance Analyst with an wide array of technical and soft skills backed by 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance. What makes me a unique analyst is my extensive background in customer service, which gives me the ability to visualize products from an end-user point of view. I have experience testing SaSS, POS systems, Payment Systems, workflow management software, and database management platforms including SalesForce. I am most comfortable with front end testing and have tested multiple platforms including web, mobile, and desktop products. I am familiar with multiple types of testing including, but not limited to, system testing, regression testing, smoke testing, E2E testing, UAT, and usability testing.I am self motivated and work well independently, however I am flexible enough to work in a collaborative environment across multiple teams. I have exceptional interpersonal skills and bring good energy and a positive attitude to every situation I enter.
