Our client, Centro Community Partners, is a nonprofit that provides underserved, low-income entrepreneurs with entrepreneurship education, one-on-one business coaching, mentorship, and access to capital.Our goal was to collaborate with our engineering team to revamp their existing business planning app and integrate new features, including an AI chatbot, and create a hub for Centro's entrepreneurs to access their business plans, secure business loans, and level up their entrepreneurship skills.

Collaborated with designers and developers to build a real estate platform from ideation to execution.

Collaborated with the lead administrator and project manager to prepare legal documents for clients, ensuring all legally binding agreements met each client’s individual needs. Worked closely with the lead administrator to create detailed and organized spreadsheets for tracking/reporting sales, ensuring the experience is intuitive for all team members. Distributed legal documents and cheques to lawyers, paying close attention to detail to verify all information is accurate and up to date. Collaborated with developers to gain insight into business and project objectives, ensuring sales incentives are promoted and sales goals are met.

Guided members through personal/group training sessions alongside strength and conditioning coaches. Used knowledge gained from client interactions, UofT Kinesiology courses, and ACSM guidelines to make informed choices in appropriate exercise selection and adaptations. Maintained a tidy, safe, and professional gym space by keeping equipment organized.

Assisted the doctor in diagnosing, treating, and prescribing exercises for clients with various chronic conditions and health concerns. Scheduled appointments and sent reminders, updated client records, handled payments, and maintained a clean and professional environment. Communicated with the doctor and clients to ensure efficient service and client satisfaction.

Coordinated and implemented social, print, and email campaigns to increase brand awareness and promote events. Discussed marketing strategies with the team and kept all social media communications (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram) up to date. Collaborated with the team in creating promotional flyers and social media posts for the inaugural showcase where consulting teams shared achievements with industry officials and students.
