Accountable for all aspects of Human Resources, including Organizational Development; Talent Management; Employee and Labour Relations; Performance Management; Training and Development. Integral in numerous Organizational Change Projects including the amalgamation of Plants; the restructure of the Canadian business and the implementation of numerous Talent Management processes. Lead a team of 7 HR Professionals, accountable for all aspects of HR, as described above, including Payroll and Compensation and Benefits.

Primarily involved in Labour and Employee Relations; Developing Labour/Management relationships; Claims Management including Investigation of Human Rights, Discrimination and other complaints. Training and Development in areas such as Diversity education and Performance Management.
