Clune Consulting Services is an Ohio-based firm that provides environmental and transportation planning services. Primary services include environmental and transportation studies needed by clients in order to comply with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Studies include, but are not limited to: - Environmental document preparation - Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) - Ecological Survey Reports - Section 4(f)/6(f) evaluations - Waterway Permitting - Public InvolvementServices also include transportation planing activities, training classes, and development of guidelines for compliance with environmental policy.

Nicole is proud to serve the village of Minster as a fourth term council member.

Nicole was responsible for attaining and managing environmental contracts, mainly with The Ohio Department of Transportation. She managed environmental service task order contracts for ODOT District 2, located in northwest Ohio, and for the County Engineer's Association of Ohio (CEAO) through ODOT's Office of Environmental Services. Work on these and other contracts included ecological studies, waterway permits, noise analyses, public involvement, environmental site assessments, NEPA documentation, and ongoing project management.

As a licensed professional engineer, Nicole was responsible for project management and coordination of complex projects through the ODOT and federal planning process.

Nicole was with ODOT District 7 for over 10 years. She served as the District Environmental Coordinator and as a planning project manager. She specialized in environmental documentation and transportation planning at the city, county, state and federal levels.
