Papa Pretzel is a family owned, Kentucky Proud microbakery located in the North Limestone neighborhood of Lexington, Kentucky. We are dedicated to handcrafted, high quality products that support our local farmers, producers, and communities.Our twist on the classic soft pretzel includes a non-traditional braided shape and a house propagated sourdough culture for leavening. Our Kentucky style beer cheeses are scratch made utilizing as many local ingredients as possible.All items are available for walk-up public sales at our retail location five days a week inside Greyline Station. We offer hot and fresh, ready-to-eat options as well as to-go items you can prepare and season at home.In addition, our pretzels and pretzel bunz are served by local chefs, craft breweries, and shops in and around Central Kentucky as well as at festivals and pop-up events.
