I am a hardworking and sharp Computer Science graduate with 4 years of Work Study experience from Southern Oregon University and just over two years corporate experience. My current role at POP Agency has me supporting end users who primarily use Mac. I am involved in the testing and implementation of Casper, a centralized management system for Mac. I have assisted various teams in other departments with large projects, such as setting up and configuring a render farm. I have also been the primary support for users working out of a remote office for a large client project. My prior role with Project A had me troubleshooting both internal and external users concerns related primarily to DNS changes, email configurations and supporting the organizations homegrown software, Site In A Box. I also assisted the lead systems administrator with tasks relating to their Windows (90%) and Linux (10%) servers which are virtualized in VMware. Prior to my corporate experience, I was a student at Southern Oregon University where I also worked in the computer lab, moving up from help desk technician to lab manager. This lab management position gave me leadership qualities which have enhanced my communication and professionalism.
