My most recent position is of Counsel at Davison, Eastman & Muñoz, P.A. where I focus on employment and labor matters. My approach is more preventative, rather than reactive. I consult companies on human resources and labor and employment issues and conduct internal investigations on ethical and legal violations. Additionally, I draft and review employee handbooks / policies, severance agreements, employment contracts, hiring and employee discipline forms and procedures, and facilitate trainings on a variety of labor and employment law and compliance topics, including Continuing Legal Education. I also am a contractor for numerous companies in which I provide Labor and Employment consulting and training including: HR Learning Center, JVS, LRN, Marino Legal Academy, Compliance Training Group, and Train Up. My prior experience listed below also permits me to take cases in which I represent parents in matters verses Division of Child Protection and Permancy and represent both adults and juveniles in criminal and municipal matters. Prior to my current work, I was a law clerk for the Hon. Lawrence Lawson, a New Jersey Superior Court Assignment Judge. Thereafter, I worked as a juvenile prosecutor in New York City under the Giuliani administration, focusing on narcotics and gang intelligence matters.I am admitted to practice in New Jersey and in New York. I received my J.D. from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and my B.A. from Boston College. I conduct all work in both English and Spanish.
