Director Of Marketing Strategy & Brand
In partnership with the CPX Executive Team, I develop and implement marketing strategy to support sales growth. In addition, I lead, manage, and mentor a 10-person marketing group that supports a high-volume brokerage team with best-in-market materials, including proposals, presentations, and offering memorandums. My role owns the following activities:• develop annual marketing and brand strategy • marketing channel strategy and oversight • content roadmap creation & execution • metrics tracking & deliverables recalibration • implementation of automation software • brand evolution / client journey design• earned media strategy & delivery / press releases • budget creation / execution• marketing team mentorship • media and advertising plan / execution
