With over 8 years of experience in coastal avian ecology, I specialize in field work and research in conservation-based projects. I have experience managing projects, supervising technicians, strong skills in fieldwork including the handling, banding, and tagging of seabirds and shorebirds birds and small mammals, and great communication skills with the public, private landowners, and state and government agencies. With extensive experience in data collection and entry, I am very organized and know how to conduct quality control of data to be ready for statistical analyses. My background includes an M.S. in Biological and Environmental Sciences with a specialization in Ecosystems and Ecology and a B.S. in Natural Resources & the Environment with a concentration in Wildlife Conservation.
