I guided utilities, municipalities, and large consumer brands to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. I led strategic planning sessions, facilitated large stakeholder meetings, and continually innovated service offerings to help clients develop their GHG strategies, design their abatement programs, and innovate to reduce emissions while focusing on customer and supply chain needs.

I led all strategic initiatives for the Farm Energy Efficiency program and consulted with local and national organizations to develop programs that encourage decreases in energy use, cost and greenhouse gas emissions from our nation’s 50,000 dairy farmers. I was responsible for aligning the energy program with the dairy industry’s greenhouse gas reduction goals and instituting best management practices and innovative technologies.

As Program Manager for the Commercial and Municipal team, I managed two utility rebate programs and guided Elevate Energy's commercial energy efficiency portfolio strategy and design by identifying market transformations and opportunities.

The Academy for Global Citizenship, a Chicago public charter school, is nationally known for creating a replicable model for learning in the 21st century, including the construction of a net-positive energy campus. Winner of the National Green Ribbon School award and recently the first ever Farm to School award. I designed and coordinated all aspects of the school's zero waste program and created a manual to guide other schools in reducing their waste.

Helped organize the first annual National Lung Health Advocacy Day held in Washington, DC by developing communication materials for public officials, coalition partners, and advocates, and coordinating 100 volunteers nationally to meet in DC.

Managed the daily operations of the call center and trained and supervised 11 call center staff to effectively communicate programs and events to patrons, members, and the general public.
