I enjoy sharpening my skills, challenging myself in new situations, and working with and leading other professionals to bring positive changes to our environments. In my current role, I oversee operations of endoscopy units at AtlantiCare's Mainland and City campuses. It’s an honor to work with such a talented team of healthcare professionals! I previously worked as a clinical manager for a 50-bed medical telemetry unit at AtlantiCare. Prior to this, I was privileged to be a clinical manager of a 30-bed orthopedic unit. I have experience as a clinical supervisor for Shore Medical Center on a 28-bed medical oncology unit and a 25-bed cardiac telemetry unit. I also have experience as a registered nurse at AtlantiCare on a telemetry unit and progressive care unit, as well as an RN in two state prisons. These all presented daily challenges and countless learning opportunities, and allowed me to grow personally and professionally.
