Size: over 4000 professionals in 14 Countries, including over 70 in Romania, with continued expansion.Key Responsibilities:• Employee relations • Employee lifecycle management: oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including benefits administration, medical insurance, payroll inputs, and document management. Ensure seamless coordination with external service providers such as legal, tax advisors, and immigration consultants, maintaining compliance with employment practices and contractor cooperation.• 1:1 Meetings & Attrition risk management: conduct regular 1:1 meetings to address employee concerns early, recognizing and mitigating potential attrition risks.• Performance & Compensation review: actively coordinate performance review and the compensation process. • Promotion review: support and participate in the grade promotion review process, facilitating career growth.• HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with Romanian labor laws and internal policies.
