Throughout my career I have consistently embraced new challenges and learned valuable skills along the way making me someone who is proactive, adaptable, and capable of handling a variety of tasks and challenges, and therefore able to excel in different roles and situations.My work journey began in the hospitality industry, working in restaurants and hotels gaining experience I would need to confidently venture abroad for a time to explore my passion for hospitality management. During this time I honed into my interpersonal and leadership skills while immersing myself in different cultures and working in diverse environments.Driven by my ambition I transitioned into the health and beauty sector, having been a nail technician as a side hobby to my work commitments, I slowly built a client base vast enough to know I could rely on a self-employed income. With dedication and a keen eye for business opportunities I gradually progressed and eventually realised my dream of owning my own salon. This experience not only solidified my expertise in the industry but also cultivated a entrepreneurial passion.Currently, alongside owning my own business which effectively runs itself, I have taken on a new challenge as the office manger of the Aycliffe based site for Ashcourt, a large and rapidly growing company. In this role I bring my extensive knowledge of customer service, business management, and organisational skills to the table. My ability to adapt quickly, multitask effectively, and lead a team makes me an invaluable asset to the organisation.I think my work journey serves its purpose of showing my continuous growth and learning, perseverance and fearlessness to seize opportunities presented to me.
