The Fund aims to support several programmatic areas and strategic initiatives, including direct grant making to nonprofit organizations serving those most affected by the virus.

I co-founded a software company that helped cultivate the next generation of philanthropists by connecting young professionals to causes they care about, and helping them join associate boards. Through my leadership we scaled across two cities, onboarded more than 1,000 nonprofits and secured industry leading clients such as KKR, Citi, Davis Polk, Ernst & Young, TPG, PJT, Third Point and more.

I was a key team member to drive strategic fundraising for a portfolio of clients. Two favorite projects below: MCKINSEY & COKey member of an assessment and advisory team to secure $300 million of catalytic investment from prospective founding partners to fund Generation: A McKinsey Social Initiative, a non-profit developed by McKinsey & Company to tackle youth unemployment. THE GDCDeveloped a global fundraising council comprised of business, community and political leaders across 22 countries and 5 continents to advance the work of Habitat for Humanity International.

I initiated and created the organization’s first endurance fundraising platform to harness peer-to-peer fundraising that since inception, has funded free surgery for more than 100,000 children around the world.

Led public+private partnerships and grassroots fundraising for Smile Train, an international nonprofit providing free surgery children in 85+ countries in the developing world. Leveraging a network of 2,200+ surgeons and 1,400+ hospitals, Smile Train provides the tools, training, and funding local doctors need to be successful and ultimately sustainable.

I was one of three team members to design, launch and manage a new guest relations department for the New York Yankees for all VIP guests, Yankee family, nonprofit partners and all incoming fans. Together our mighty team of three brought to life what you know today as the “how may I help you” people. We developed the department role, employee procedures and handbook, hiring and training processes of more than 200 employees, rewards and recognition programs and full uniform design. ...I also ran the bases after the 2009 World Series and slid home :)
