Led strategy to create Federally Qualified Health Center including writing of annual grants. Wrote and implemented all operational policies and procedures, negotiated managed care and commercial contracts, lab services agreements, provider schedules, and clinical programs supporting over 17k unique patient visits for 2020. Launched strategic planning committees, opened satellite health center to provide indigent healthcare services, and nurtured key relationships with vendors, clinicians, and Board Members.Leadership Impact: Initial leadership efforts led to funding by HRSA as FQHC in 2015; opened 120 days after funding.  Oversaw operations supporting unique patient visit growth from 600 in year one to over 17,000 in 2020 Increased HRSA grant funding from $625,667 in 2016 to $3,622,005 in 2021. Established Wrap and Uncompensated care billing with the state of NJ; set-up 340B discount drug program. Oversaw provider contracting, credentialing, and privileging; designed referral agreements for specialty services. Wrote all grants and managed annual grant logistics and funds disbursement. Established health center policies, a strategic planning committee and quality improvement committee. Wrote grants to attain HRSA funding to open second site and received a public housing designation. Worked cross-functionally with state officials to establish Saint James Health as a fully licensed ambulatory care facility with three sites operating in the City of Newark.

 Managed travel and logistics for team members prior to international events and the NBA All Star game. Provided on-site customer service and event planning for NBA Global Games, All Star, and NBA Summer Meetings

Taught English to adults in business settings. All levels from beginners to expert.
