Director, Sales Development
CurrentAccountable for managing and motivating a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve aggressive monthly, quarterly and annual business objectives prospecting healthcare provider organizations.• Partner with cross-functional leaders in Market Development, Marketing and Sales to develop and execute campaigns generating new business demand.• Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Training team to design and deliver continuous training sessions through SDR tenure with a keen focus on leveling up sales acumen, professional development skills and healthcare industry knowledge.• Manage headcount and budget to forecast to ensure the team is growing effectively in tandem with business expectations.• Report regularly to executive leadership and stakeholders on SDR program key performance indicators (KPIs).
