• Work directly under the mentorship of SVP of Marketing and Sales • Conduct primary research and prepare for each sales meeting• Organize sales meetings and record meeting activity• Formulate a more streamlined method of collecting client data for the bi-annual reports• Optimize budget information to make collecting client information more efficient• Work directly with the Sales Director of Vice Media, LLC to maintain partnership between companies• Network with top executives in the Media Industry• Work directly with the digital team on various assignments • Create sales Power Points for international meeting• Work with out of home team with their biggest client, Verizon • Organize Summer Party at elegant rooftop venue in New York City

• Support the Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Business development, and Media teams • Create industry competition report• As Project team member, plan and coordinate activities for themed client events• Conceptualize new ideas for client gifts and design company promotional products• Observe sales calls, sales meetings and sales pitches• Summarize expenses for executive team members• Assist clients in allocating funds to digital ads• Produce daily progress reports for Account managers and clients• Generate weekly and monthly sales revenue reports for the Vice President of Sales
