-Responsible for reviewing applications, completing phone screenings on new candidates, scheduling interviews, and the hiring and on-boarding process-Support the store manager by entering specific components of the weekly schedule-General administrative and operational support as well as daily opening and closing procedures-Lead the sales floor while assigned to the role of Customer Sales Lead

-Supervised up to 20 students ages 2-8 per class-Reinforce technique by demonstrating and hands on adjustments-Prepare class by organizing music, lining up students, and starting warm ups
