LeagueApps is a series B youth sports software company based in New York! As a Growth Intern, I'll be working on holistic marketing strategy and growth initiatives that power thousands of leading organizations, like youth sports leagues, clubs, camps, and even professional entities like the Jr. NBA and MLB Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities (RBI) youth initiative. I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to gain exposure to the athletics industry through youth sports while also getting valuable startup experience.

Collaborated on the launch and adoption of eBay’s new in-house payment process, replacing PayPal for over 19M sellers across 180 countries with eBay's Managed Payments platform. Managed payments enabled buyers more ways to pay and sellers to get paid, and delivered over $2B in revenue in 2021, driving a 20% revenue increase in 3 years. Responsibilities encompassed go-to-market strategy and launch, analytics, financial forecasting & reporting, product management, product marketing, stakeholder management, payment processing and partnerships, payment license mgmt, and operations. Partnered with Analytics and Marketing to forecast and accelerate seller payments adoption for Americas & APAC from 60% to nearly 100% over a 1 year period. Presented America and APAC migration summary and analysis to payments leadership, who then present the report to eBay CEO on a monthly cadence.

Implemented a global self-identification program to quantify eBay’s diversity and reporting to ground eBay’s inclusion and equity strategy in actionable data.Developed a proof of concept including technical access controls, UX, disclosures, opt in/out process, & a data retention plan, which was presented to the Chief Diversity Officer, Chief Legal Officer, and Chief People Officer.Created the framework for leadership development programs for underrepresented groups within eBayLaunched a #WordsMatter campaign to educate all employees on key definitions and historic phrases to drive a greater sense of understanding and inclusion. Delivered 50+ wiki articles, on-campus screens, slack posts, GIFS, and zoom backgrounds

Finance Futures Program is one of eBay's Financial Leadership Development Program: a 2-year finance rotational program through 3 different teams, Core Platform Engineering / Tech Finance, Treasury Capital Markets, and Corporate FP&A. Corporate FP&A, Free Cash Flow Lead Analyst (Rotation 3: Led eBay’s $855M quarterly global free cash flow reporting and forecast analysis and presented to finance leaders including the CFO and VPs of Accounting, Treasury & Corp FP&A, monthly in order to provide external investors with an understanding of eBay’s financial health and cash-generating abilities via earnings report.Prepared the financial data and verbiage of scripts for the CFO and CEO for quarterly earnings calls and Board of Directors meetings by collaborating with Investor Relations, Communications, and Corporate Finance teams.Treasury Capital Markets, Foreign Exchange Analyst (Rotation 2) : Leveraged economic market insights and research to plan and execute $22M in foreign exchange trades to hedge eBay's financial exposure overseas in 22 currencies, working with accounting, tax, legal, and banking partners.Oversaw share buyback program of $5B in 2019.
