 Interviewed and hired in the space of Corporate IT (Data Center builds) and Customer Support Operations. Roles included SAP, software automation, process automation, BES/BIS, MS Exchange and Domino, System Administrators, Technical Architects, Project and Program Managers.  Managed and executed on full cycle recruitment process from sourcing through to offer and first day information.  Provided insight and guidance through the offer stage to hiring managers, including consulting on offer terms, presentation, negotiation and offer acceptance Utilized technology such as Taleo (RMS), MS Outlook, Excel and Word to help maintain organization in a fast paced environment.  Worked with business units to understand and refine both long term and short term talent acquisition strategies and executed hiring plan based on external and internal job market.  Utilized third party job boards, recruitment databases, social networking, associations and recruitment management systems.  Prequalified all applicants for hiring managers, to ensure an understanding and fit of skill set for specific roles, as well as participated in final interviews to act as a sounding board and advise in the decision making process.  Partnered with all levels of business, HR generalist, directors, and senior managers to manage and plan recruitment strategy. Maintained consistent communications with all candidates throughout recruitment process, providing updates, feedback sessions and strategy for professional growth and development.

Worked as a recruitment specialist to hire various roles within the healthcare industry. This was full cycle recruitment within a unionized environment where much of my time was focused on pushing the candidate care side of recruitment. This role was fulfilling as it forced the recruiter to go back to basics via technology and recruitment initiatives in place at that time.

This staffing firm allowed me to develop my sourcing and relationship building skills. I successfully maintained a 50% permanent placement ratio within the private sector. I developed and implemented recruitment and staffing strategies for clients ranging from the technical to healthcare sectors.
