Worked as a recruitment specialist to hire various roles within the healthcare industry. This was full cycle recruitment within a unionized environment where much of my time was focused on pushing the candidate care side of recruitment. This role was fulfilling as it forced the recruiter to go back to basics via technology and recruitment initiatives in.
