As Senior Manager of Strategic Programs within the HR team, Nicole has served as Program Manager for strategic projects ranging from the revamp of our Customer Engagement Model, to national enterprise-wide re-orgs. Nicole also serves as a strategic partner in the socialization phases of global projects, building out the story behind the need and purpose of proposed org changes. She currently leads the HR and Business Services PMO the she built out in 2021-22 to support our growing organization. Nicole joined Otsuka Pharmaceuticals in October of 2015. She made a career shift from Corporate Communications to HR in 2016, and was promoted to Sr. Associate just one year after starting. In addition to recruitment, she participated as an SME in special projects within HR leading the charge on creating cohesive brand awareness within all HR initiatives, and a global Talent Acquisition Workday Module roll-out. Her interest in special projects lead her to become PMP Certified, and paved the way to her promotion in May of 2021 to Manager, HR Strategic Programs.Prior to joining Otsuka, she served as Director of Marketing & Communications at NJDA from January, 2013-October, 2015 where she lead NJDA in a brand revitalization and website relaunch. She began her career in Marketing Communications during her employment with Hooper Holmes, where she developed important graphic design and branding skills prior to changing positions. From 2007-2016, she served as webmaster for the Garden State Track Club, a non-profit organization. In 2011, the RRCA awarded her the national award for, "Club Website of the Year." She is is certified in PMP, and a member of PMI and IABC-New Jersey. She earned her Bachelor of the Arts in Fine Arts from Drew University, and studying abroad for a semester in Florence, Italy.
