Human Resources Operations Manager
Current• Lead, plan, direct, develop, enforce, and document full human resources policies for staff• Improve onboarding with enhanced orientation and milestones• As a trusted adviser, partner with managers and employees to provide guidance and counseling regarding recruitment, employee performance, and complaint investigation• Revise and maintain the company handbook on policies and procedures• Oversee payroll processing and reporting• Manage the HRIS system and ensure data is accurate and compliant with federal and state regulations • Coordinate and lead new hire orientations and benefits meetings• Manage recruitment process including writing job descriptions, sourcing, and interviews• Develop employee engagement surveys and report on measurable results to leadership• Resolve employment-related questions from employees, supervisors, and applicants• Supervise the vendor management program
