Nicole D. Galli is the founder and Managing Member of ND Galli Law LLC, an intellectual property (“IP”) and litigation boutique law firm located in Philadelphia, PA, New York, NY and Washington, D.C. The firm works with clients in a variety of industries, including life sciences, food and beverage, manufacturing and business and professional services. Nicole’s practice focuses on commercial and IP litigation, IP counseling and trade secret protection. Nicole has represented numerous companies and individuals in intellectual property and business disputes for over thirty (30) years, with a heavy emphasis in patent infringement and licensing disputes, trade secrets misappropriation and restrictive covenant litigation, and other technical litigation in a variety of industries and scientific disciplines. She is admitted in PA, NY and NJ and litigates in state and federal courts around the country. She also has deep experience in mediation and arbitration (including international arbitrations) and handles opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Nicole dedicates a significant amount of time to a variety of community and civic activities both within and outside of the legal professional. Nicole was the Founder and was the first President of Women Owned Law (WOL), the first organization dedicated to empowering, supporting and advancing women entrepreneurs in the law. She is also actively involved in the Sedona Conference Working Group (12) on Trade Secrets and the American Bar Association (Sections of IP and Litigation), among many others. Nicole has been routinely recognized for her legal expertise and philanthropic efforts. She has been named one of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best of the Bar as well as one of The Philadelphia Inquirer’s Influencers of Law for her work in IP Litigation, and an AV-rated attorney by Martindale Hubbell. She is also a recipient of the 2019 Tory Burch Foundation Fellowship for women entrepreneurs.
