Project Manager
Current• Strategize upcoming projects to optimize crew member availability and productivity• Schedule projects using Sales Force• Provides exceptional customer service to clients by reviewing andcommunicating timelines/plans for upcoming projects• Assemble and communicate with installation crews for upcoming projectsand ensure deadlines are met• Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure seamless projectcoordination• Supervise installation teams and ensure strict adherence to projectspecifications• Monitor and document daily hours and product usage of each crew member• Analyze daily project profitability and make crew/product changes as neededto ensure optimal profitability• Compile cost analysis and report weekly• Quality assurance to ensure our application meets or exceeds qualitystandards• Work closely with sales team and support customer needs• Invoice client upon completion of project (QuickBooks, G702/G7023, Oracle)• Reading large scale blueprints and takeoffs• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and adopt best practices
